RETURN POLICY

Sale items are a FINAL sale and not permitted to be returned or refunded.

Regular price items purchased must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) (in unworn condition with the original tags still attached) for refund or exchange.

All returning merchandise must comply with the following:

  • Not be worn, washed, stained or altered
  • Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc
  • Include any original boxes (shoes) and dustbags
  • The goods must be well packed

The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Kersh.

COMPLETING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Return your parcel to Kersh (at 3710 Irongate Road Bellingham Washington US 98226). Return shipping must designate signature on delivery. Email the tracking number of the shipment to contactus@ifashions.ca.

We cannot accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We cannot assume responsibility for packages without proof of delivery to the address listed above.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders. All import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
